Dogz In Need K-9 Rescue

2009 was an extremely busy year for rescue. Due to the economy, many people are in the process of, or have already, lost their homes. Unfortunately this means the family pets are the first to go. It breaks the hearts of these families, who are forced to give up a beloved pet. Dogz In Need helps any and as many, animals that we can. Our Priority is helping animals that are in shelters and in danger of not making it out. But we also do our best, to help families (who chose not to send their pets to a shelter) find new loving homes for them. One less pet put into a shelter; means one more animal (inside the shelter), is safe for one more night. The owned animals we help, are placed on our website. We then work hard to pair up the animal with new owners that are a good fit. Its important to make sure there is little or no headache and heartache in taking in a new pet. It needs to be a good fit for everyone involved. We are Proud to have been able to place at least 15 of these animals (in the last year) into new loving forever homes! That is on top of the 300 dogs that we were able to rescue in the last year!!
